Personal History

I started racing ATVs at age 17 on a Can Am DS 650 at some local tracks nearby. It was the end of the season and I wanted to try out racing to see if I liked it. A good friend of ours broke his back at the very same track I was racing. My parents didn't want me to race anymore because they didn't want to see me get hurt. I ended up talking them into letting me race still but I had to get a smaller ATV. So from there on I purchased a Honda TRX450r which I raced in 2009. I had a very succesful year. In 2010, I got into an accident during practice which I wasn't able to race as much as I could. For the 2011 year I then moved to a Can-Am DS450. Before racing ATVs I raced go-karts for a couple of years but it didn't interest me as much as motocross.

Riding Goals

Next season I plan on racing the NEATV series, AMA District 3 & 34, and the local tracks that I started at in Four Stroke B. I am going to take the physical aspect of racing much more serious in the upcoming season. I plan on riding three times a week, in addition to swimming, biking, running, and lifting. I would like to win the B classes I race in next year. I also would like to ride consistently, and do my best.

Competitive Highlights

In 2009, I had a great season. I competed in many races and placed in the top 3 at almost every race. This past season, I came in second place overall in the Quad B/C class at Twister Valley SX
