Missed a race due to death in the family, but now back at it! Finished 4th overall this weekend. Quad is feeling great and so am I. Shocks are working fantastic. Racing was tight. Good to be back!

It been an exciting past month or so with racing under way. So far things have been going pretty good. Suspension has been a bit of an issue, but we are getting it dialed in. The racing has been fierce and we are fighting for every inch. Time to change up

Season warm up race is rapidly approaching. Gonna be Feb. 23rd in Calhoun,GA. It is a big race that supports St. Jude. Looking forward to participating. Still working very hard to prepare for this season.

Got the quad all put back together except for rear shock. Removed shock and sent off to get serviced. Going to the track this weekend if it returns in time.

Ran a little over 2 miles this morning at the gym at 6:30 this morning before work. It felt rough then, but feelin pretty good about it now.

Had a great Christmas and New Years and managed to only miss 2 days from the gym during the holidays. Not too bad. On to the gym today for more endurance training. Also tore the race quad down for winter maintenance. Repainted the swinger, cleaned and

Just left the gym. Monday was Endurance cardio. Tuesday was hitting the weights, today was intense interval training. Got 20 lbs to drop by March. Lots to do!
