Personal History

I grew up in Pottsboro, Tx., a small lake town in North Texas. I grew up riding the trails around lake Texoma on dirt bikes and ATVs. Once I graduated high school I decided to enlist in the U.S. Army in 2003 shortly after basic training I deployed to Baghdad, Iraq in 2005 and again in 2007. In 2009 I was discharged from the infantry and went to Universal Technical Institute and became an automotive technician. During my time in the military and between deployments I never stopped riding. I have always been drawn to riding and working on dirt bikes and ATVs. I am finally at a point in my life where I can fully turn my dreams into a reality. I begin building a 08 YFZ450 for the 2020 race season, something I never thought i’d get to do. What makes this dream even sweeter is my family is by my side. I have been married for going in 10 years this August, to my wife Michelle. We have 3 children, Kyla (18), Samantha (16), and Tyler (11). My daughter, Samantha, and son, Tyler will be joining me in racing as well. It truly is a blessing to share and teach my children my passion and see their eyes light up just like mine did when I was younger.

Riding Goals

I will be racing in the American Powersports Atv Championship Series in Texas 2020 season in the Open B class during my 2020 season i would like to get as much experience as possible and also a few podium finishes. I would like to move in Open A class by the end of the season and eventually be in the expert class.
