Personal History
My name is Andrew Johnston (but go by Drew for short). I'm 26 years old and was born in a little town in Oregon called Lakeview. I was raised from the time I was born to now around quads of all types threw my grandfather's own owned business called the Lakeview motorsports. So needless to say it's in my blood. When I was 10 years old I was diagnosed with type one diabetes. It's been a struggle and battle at times but it's a life style I have to keep ripping! With that being said, I've spent the last 16 years of my life since getting diagnosed wondering where is my life going or where is it going to take me? I never realized until now that the answer was right in front of me in the form of quad riding and racing! ITS MY DREAM! ITS MY PASSION! IT IS WHO I AM! So Ive decided to start competing in racing full time! I'm also proud to say I have the full support of my family, my amazing wife, and our 8 year old daughter that is following in my foot steps! I'm extremely motivated and ready to make my sponsors proud!!
Riding Goals
I would like to start racing fulltime. Eventually working my way up to the pros. I know I have what it takes!!
Competitive Highlights
I have won 1 first place and 1 second place trophies at the lake county mud bogs- barrel racing quad event.
I have won 1 first place and one second place trophies in the lake county mud bogs- quad drag racing event.
I have also won 2 first place trophies in the lake county mud bogs- mud bog event.
It doesn't matter if I'm racing or just out having fun.. I'm always trying to improve my riding skills to achieve greatness!
