My name is Connor Fitzgerald, I am 15 years old and I race quads in both the DWT Nora-MX quad racing championship, and also in the ACU British quad racing championship. I am a very passionate about my sport and my dream is to be able to race in both Europe and in the Mountain Dew AMA ATV motocross nationals championship. I started racing in 2010 on an Apache F100S quad, where I won my first Nora-MX quad racing championship, in 2011 it was into the ACU British quad racing championship for Fitzgerald racing on the Apache again but in the modified class where I came second. I also came second in the Nora-MX quad racing championship as well. Both championships would have been mine but we had some technical issues with the bike. 2012 and time to step it up a gear, and step it up a gear i did, I went out into the 250 big boys on a Yamaha Raptor standard, Winning both the DWT Nora-MX quad racing championship and the ACU British quad racing championship. 2013, and into the 250 youth open hybrid class, i went out on a Honda CRF250R quad hybrid and won the championship. I will be staying in this class for 2014 and I am extremely hungry for those championships again!.
My plans for the future are that I want to extend my quad racing into the Europe quad racing championships, and then hopefully into the Mountain Dew AMA ATV motocross national championship!.
