Personal History

My names Cameron LaBar. I am 23 years old and I eat, drink, and sleep racing! I began racing when I was 15 years old. I have been racing for 9 years now and its a rush. My dad has been my biggest inspiration and my biggest fan along with my sponsor. I am the oldest of 4 children and I live in New york State. Besides racing I have a full time job and when I am not riding or racing I am in the gym, hanging out with family and friends and just enjoying life.

Riding Goals

I am very hard on myself. i am a constant critic of my performance. I race and ride because I love the sport! I do it for the fans of the sport. There is nothing better than listening to all the fans cheer and hoot and holler as you go by them. I am constantly pushing myself whether its in the gym or actually time when im on the quad. I want to be the best i can be week in and out. It has been a great 2016 season thus far. I started out alittle rough not knowing what to expect this year. Turned out the competition was great this year I am pushing for the #20 plate overall on the year heading into the last round on October 9th 2016. I am also looking to salvage a 5th place in the Quad Junior A Class. I race the WNYOA series. My future goals are to race the 2017 season in the Junior A class then move up to our AA pro class. There would be no bigger accomplishment than running with the best in New York! i remember when I first started racing 9 years ago that the AA class were the best and I looked up to them as my career progressed. To be in the Front row would be a milestone on my racing career.

Competitive Highlights

I was able to work my way up to the A class of the WNYOA series i finished 2nd in points on the year in College C first year. I was then able to capture the College C class championship the following year. I finished 3rd in points in College B and then moved to college A where i finished 7th on the year for two seasons then i moved to Junior A which i finished 7th last year and this year its a close battle for 5th or 6th on the year which is an improvement!
