The new TCX boot line, formerly Oxtar, sets the standard for protection in high-end boots by offering the latest in ankle support technology, and is preferred by top riders through out the world. The TCX Pro 2, and Combat all offers the patented Torsion Control System (TCS) and Foward Control System (FCS) which allows controlled lateral and front to back bending movement of the ankle through 4 flexure points on the sides of the boots, and 2 flexure points on the heel. Simply put, the TCS helps prevent hyperextension of the ankle by providing stopping points without restricting movement.
